Currently, manpage in the subdirectory mecab is auto-updated, but not in the parent directory.
Also manpage lacks some basic explanation since it is generated by help2man without additional information. The critically missing information is -O option cases; wakati, none, "" (null string) all hard coded formats have special meaning not defined in dictrc. This should be mentioned etc. I added these and copied 0.996 version of generated manpage and html page omitted into source.
This change should make people realise importance of setting -O "" for user-defined format from the command line.
Also merged gh-pages branch to master so the maintenance activity can be done in master tree only while gh-pages can be fast-forwarded.
Please make sure to pull gh-pages too.
